Answer-

I had a similar issue with user accessing his mail database on a server. there was no problem accessing a replica on another server. And I had no problem accessing it from other computers. I guessed it had to be something on his local laptop. I tried all kinds of things compact, fixup, updall, deleted cache.ndk and bookmark.nsf. Nothing worked. I remembered setting him up with local replica of his mail db about a year ago. I checked it out. Sure enough it was still R5 (everything we use is 6.5.5 now). Deleted the local replica and voila - everything worked great.

This is caused from a corrupted desktop6.ndk file. Rename bookmark.nsf and delete desktop6.ndk. After verifying that the mail file will open, you may rename the renamed bookmark file and recover some of your bookmarks.

i try to rename bookmark.nsf file and delete desktop8.ndk but still problem come pls tell me another way if possible ...!!!

Hey i got solution yaar..i copy both file form my switch id lotus mail user..and paste my lotus data file ..it is working now..
