IIS - Seperate Image Server Configuration (IIS 7)

Asked By shekhar kumar on 28-Nov-11 01:55 AM
Dear All,

I have a situation where I have to create a centralized Image Server. I have different sub-domain which will access that Image server.

My application is using asp.net 4.0 with Oracle 10G. I also want to secure my images.

What is the best way of doing this.

Till now i have created a website of Image server and i am accessing that using it's absolute path.

Will it make the sub-domain slow. A page calls at least 50-100 images from the image server. I am calling them in javascript.

Can anyone sugess me the best way to doing this.

Thanks

shekhar.
