SharePoint - Calendar view is not showing the Page titles for Pages Library

Hi All,

I have created calendar view for "Pages" Library for Publishing site in SharePoint2010. It is not showing the page titles in the calendar view.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Check these two:

a) What do you see for the PlaceHolderTitleBreadCrumb in your design view? Do you see a "default" title?
b) Have you changed the default PlaceHolderTitle styles?

It may be possible that title is missing because of some settings. it is flexible to change settings on Calendar web part in Sharepoint. Under appearance tab, please try to check the boxes as “Adjust height to fit zone” and “Adjust width to fit zone”.

Try this and let me know.

Thank you for reply. After changing Time Interval Begin:Created: and End:Created it got displayed. Now my problem is After clicking on Page title i want to navigate to that page instead of Display form. any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

hi,

Do following changes in the View :

Go to
"Modify View" and change the "Calendar Columns" different Title ( Month View Title:, Week View Title: , etc )
to "Name (for use in forms)" .

It will show the page Name in your calendar view.

Hi, by default it will not be possible.

But in Name (for use in forms), when you click on item it will open in View mode (pop-up). Then you can click on the 'Name' link which will redirect you to the page.

somesh, i want to navigate to page directly with out showing page properties. Please provide any other approach to do this. Thanks in advance.
