i got a lifecam show but i have a problem when i connect my cam in the laptop, the program present an initialization error and the camera didnt work in any programs, can somebody help me with this ?

oh yeah - the dreaded "Initialization error". 

The Support article 933311 at knowledge base has quite a few resolutions posted for the Lifecam throwing this error.

i downloaded my drivers from microsft for my windows 7 and didnt work

Just,

Does your laptop have a built in camera?
Is that camera broken or not working properly and is it still the default camera?
You mave have to disable it for your USB camera to load properly.

My old laptop had more USB ports then it would support, meaning if I plugged in several different devices, I would get an IRQ conflit in the device manager because it could not handle it? 

Does the camera attempt to load or simply give you an error?

no my laptop its not built in cam , i have a  usb cam(microsoft lifecam show)   but when i plug the cam in the laptop, its reconized it , but when i start the cam program present a black screen  "initialization error "

First sorry you are having problems, I have been looking for information about your specific webcam, and issues it might be having, I just want to make sure you are using the right drivers for the right camera.
Did software come with the camera, and are you using that software?
Are you installing the right drivers for your system 32bit vs 64bit.

my camera comes with a cd but that sofware its for windows xp but actually i have windows 7 , i downloaded the right drivers for widnows 7 64bit  and the camera continue with the same problem , the weird thing is tha the microphone works for a while then said " the microphone that you want to use its maybe using for another program, and when i try to put the video cam the msn get frized .

Ok,

So the mic works for a sec adn the cam freezes when you try to use MSN.
Try to use the cam to take still photos, or just create a video on your laptop. (No internet) if you camera works with your current driver settings and works without the web then your issue is with the web and not the cam.
