Microsoft Word - Typing in the margin - Asked By sharon wilkerson on 20-Mar-12 12:14 AM

Hi, I am trying to change a document so that I can annotate in the margins.  Is this possible?  If so, how?  Thanks

Sharon,

Here is a link for you.  I have 2010 and I was working on trying to make a blank word doc with the margin set for you, but before I did I wanted to share the link and follow up with you in the morning,
Two things do you already have data in a document and what version are you using?

Ok here is the link and I will check back tomorrow.

You can always create a textbox and move it into the margin to create notes in.

Also, if you don't want the textbox outline to show, select it and remove all border lines.
