can you help? 
All my auto complete e mail addresses have stopped showing. For example, I go to send an e mail to, for example, my boss - Andrew. Usually up pops a selection of Andrew's and I pick the one I need. This is not happening so I have to find the address (usually by checking back in in - box which adds time!) then insert it!
Have tried tools- options- prefs - e mail options/advanced and checked to see if autocomplete is disabled, but - no all fine. What else can it be?
