 hi ,

 i have made one customer survey in infopath but whenever i put the one customer feedbak and save ,it`s save in other form. i wants all the feedback in one template with diffrent uniqe Id

After you copy the form template, open the new .XSN in Design mode. Select File > Properties, change the Name to a new name, then click the Reset button to generate a new form ID.

  i want one singal infopath file where i capure some customer feedback ,like in only one singhal infopath file ,diffrent feedback from with unique  survey ID no , when ever we put the unique id it shows customer feeback detalis against the unique ID.
