I changed drive letter of my DVD Writer and then assign it the other one...

Now its not showing the contents in DVD in ROM... So how I can read CD/DVD in the ROM..?????

Try this:
Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs
Your CD or DVD drive can't read or write media
The CD drive or the DVD drive does not work as expected on a computer that you upgraded to Windows Vista

have u tried setting the same driver letter ? it have changed drive letter many times but i never face such issue.

try restarting the computer.
