Windows 7 - how to uninstall window update from registry

I have unchecked in windows 7 update automatic but black screen appear on the desktop as a wallpaper(Message is: Build 7600 this copy of windows is not genuine) and every time ask to update windows.

So please help me out how to remove this problem and also how to remove this black screen from the desktop
