Windows 7 - when ever my laptop bootsup its giving error STXML.DLL is missing please reinstall

hi i have window7 os whenever my os bootsups its giving me error STXML.DLL is missing what should i do please suggest...

That's Dell DataSafe local Backup. You can remove this from startup using msconfig.
or, to repair it:

Find "Dell DataSafe Local Backup" within your Program Files (e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell DataSafe Local Backup")
Copy the files
Find the Scheduler folder (e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell DataSafe Local Backup\Components\scheduler" )
Paste the files in to this directory
