Microsoft Excel - From total SF of building determin each units space use and then percent of common area

A building is 6803 SF, one agency uses 1539Sf and the other uses 4649SF, the left over space is  common area that needs to be assigned to each unit proportionatly.  How do i create a formula in Excell that will do this.?  I tried the  =sum(1539/6803 )but it doesn't give me the total of the building whenn I add the units together % Obviously its missing the common area so how do i determin the propotionate percentage that each unit is applied from the common area?  Need the excell formula as i have 69 buildings to do.  I can add or subtract how many units are in each.  had this formula once but lost it.

HI
Download the sample file at this link : http://cjoint.com/?3BcwypGx7jj
See if this is acceptable to you. You don't need all that information, you could use just the formula in cell E4 &E5
