ASP.NET - Dropdownlist in gridview - javascript

Hi,
Im having a scenario like this..
Having two dropdownlists in two columns in a gridview... cell1's dropdownlist1 value is comparing with another cell, the cell2's dropdownlist2 will be enabled or disabled...
How to done this using jquery or javascript...
