Microsoft Excel - problem in excel file while opening

i have one excel file , i am facing problem while  opening  the same file, it`s take  times, to open and it``s is very slow aloso, is there any option to improve  to it`s speed.

Hello usha,
If the file is very large and computation heavy it can sometimes be slow to open.  Do you know how large the file is and does it have many calculations?
However, I think perhaps your problem might be caused by something else on your computer using up resources.  Have you tried it with a freshly started computer and with no other applications running?
