ASP.NET - Count gridview records and shows in outside textbox throgh javascript!

Hi All,

I am binding a gridview and i want to show total no. of records in a outside text box mean  that textbox is not in gridview.

Why don't you do like this one in server side ?

Gridview1.Datasource=datatable;
Gridview1.Databind(); // Bind the gridview
//Show the Total count
Textbox1.Text=Gridview1.Rows.Count(); // Shows the total
