ASP.NET - How to set Compatability View mode?

Hi Friends,

I am using IE 10 browser  but UI is not displaying properly. breakage and ext grid data is not loading..
how can i set Compatibility View mode for IE 10, IE-9 and IE-8 programmatically in my .aspx page or any other solution

I added meta tags in my aspx page and IIS also
i tried with the following meta tags also

ex:  <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE8,IE=8,IE=EmulateIE9,IE=9,IE=EmulateIE7,IE=7" />

JSON doesn't work or doesn't always work properly in IE 7 or IE 8.  I suspect that is your issue.  This applies to Jquery as well.
