Hi :)

I have an idea for an application that allows me to send users on a network a message. 
The basic Idea would be I have a text box at my end where I enter the message and when I hit send it comes up as a message on their computer. 
I don't really want it to behave as a chat program as the users wont be required to send messages back, its more for service updates.
