Microsoft Excel - How to Get the New Changed Option Value from HTML using VBA

dear all,

document.Form.ID.options[1] = new Option('XXXXXXX','6100022577661');

<option value="6100022577661">XXXXXXX</option></select>

I have like above, everytime option value is changing, and I want to select this value in dropdown using vba.
So how I can get this value automatically.
