ASP.NET - Loading Problem

I have a problem when I want to see my .cshtml file in page Inspector it is showing an error
"Could not load file or assembly 'SEMISProtoType' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. "
 

For the above error please give the solution
