Microsoft Excel - Mail Merge From Excel to Excel without Word

Dear Experts,

I'd like to seek your advice and help on mail merge between excel to excel.
So far I only able done it between excel and word but there are some limitation in word especially calculation. I have a sheet which list down employees detail and another sheet is table to calculate their allowance and basic salary.
