Silverlight / WPF - tool ceation same as photoshop...

hi, i am using visual studio 2012, am create tools like photoshop same (line ,ellipse,pointer, select,rectangle etc) as give me  example and am used to c# wpf windows application ... please anybody help me its very urgent...

not the same as photoshop, but you can get it to draw whatever

like the old windows meta file commands in the win32 API

Its a little tricky at first...but not really

You get a handle to a virtual device to draw on
You need pen/brush - like do you have a pointy pencil? a big fat paint brush to paint a barn? some stencil to spray paint through... etc...
you move it around...
draw a dot or use some of the built in stuff
