ASP.NET - How to Design a form with or without table in asp.net

I am new to asp.net.I want to develop member information form in asp.net in VS2005.
I designed the form first without using the table and at run time the alignment is found jumbling.

So shall a use a table to place the controls in the cell so that the alignment will not go .Please advice on this.

For data entry forms, tables make things pretty easy.  You can do the same with DIV tags but unless you are going to implement a drastically different design implementation for mobile devices vs. PC, then tables are just fine.
