I wants to develop custom query builder in asp.net, which end user can use, for which end user only  required basic     knowledge of query writing, do you have any idea or free tool or source code,

because run time query  generation is tedious task for me

Free?  No.  Cheap? yes.

It would take you several dies to write and test such a component on your own and not get great results.  It is far cheaper to just purchase one.
