Hi All,

Can you please let me know that what all is required (all softwares) to start a project on JAVA, like I am looking for ..
Database : MS SQL Server / Oracle
Script : JavaScript and HTML
Is there any requirement for IIS?... similar to what we have in .NET applications.
Any other software which I have missed...?

Requirement?  Just the Java runtime that also contains the compiler.  There are lots of other things you may "want" to use with your app.  You've listed some below.

Have you purchased a beginner's book for Java?  You may want to start there.
