ASP.NET - How to calculate recommended max pool size while implementing connection pooling (Sql) ?

I want to make use of connection pooling to increase the performance of my project (built using asp.net) . Max Pool Size is 100 by default, but I am not sure how to calculate recommended max pool size for the same ?
