If you have "State Director", but the name is showing "Director state", how can a vlookup find that and not have #N/A

Hello Cliff,
Try something like
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP("state director",A1:B2,2,0)),VLOOKUP("director state",A1:B2,2,0),VLOOKUP("state director",A1:B2,2,0))
Regards
Harry
