ASP.NET - Div becomes null in certain condition

i am using a div to show pop up[Google info window assigned to div] in Google map ,when marker is clicked in the map. second time i click on any markers the div completely becomes null , so the pop up does not show up.
 
after first Google marker click event , what causes so ?
 
any ideas ?
