How do you take 100k off of 4.9 million dollars and spread it out amongst 4k transactions all being different dollar amts.

I assume that you want it to be pro rata so you could try:
=ROUND(A1*0.989473684210526,2)
and copy down.

If you just want to format the way to see (display) the xx,xxx,xxx with xx mb. then use format cells > Custom >  in the "type" box input this format #,###,, "mb."
