ASP.NET - How to Capture image through the web cam from asp.net?

I need coding to capture an image from web cam. kindly help me...

You'll need to convince the end user to install an ActiveX control that does this for you.  They'll also have to ensure their security settings don't block it.  By default, the browser cannot access hardware like this.
