Our project is running on IIS 7 and SQL Server 2008. I need to develop a module which will be integarted into our project. My question is whether Visual Studio 2008 is compatible with IIS 7 and SQL 2008 or not

Yes, it will run your website in dev mode in Visual Studio 2008.
