if My Case open date > 2 days show followup
 if it`s not shows Pending
 and if case closed date filled shows closed.

Case Open Date	Case closed date	Satuts
10/23/2013	10/23/2013	Clsoed
10/23/2013		Pending
10/19/2013		Followup

Hi Anu,

Try this

=IF(B2<>"","Closed",IF(AND(TODAY()-A2<3,TODAY()-A2>-1),"FollowUp","Pending"))

adjust the "FollowUp" logic by yourself...I am not sure if I understand your requirement clearly.
