What version of Excel are you using and what are the extensions of the files that you are trying to open?

i am using ms office 2007 before i saved in this version all file not open. and i copy from other system it is working.

Does that mean that you have solved your problem?
If not, can you describe in more detail what happened from before, when your files were OK, to now when they are not OK?  From what you say, it seems that you have changed software and/or hardware.  Also could you show examples of the file names that you are trying to access, for example myfile.xlsx?
