BizTalk - What is the correct way to deploy a pipeline?

Hi.

I have developed and deployed a custom pipeline project. In BizTalk Admin Console I can assign the new Pipeline to a Send- or ReceivePort. But then testing the ports it throws an Error in the vent log that:

There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: "PIPELINES.RemovePipes, PIPELINES, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=2a36f5eda014c95b" Source: "Unknown " Receive Port: "Internal.RP_XML_File" URI: "C:\Users\ronny.drechsler\Desktop\IN\*.xml" Reason: The pipeline component ClassLibrary.ReceivePipelines.RemovePipes,ClassLibrary.ReceivePipelines, Version=1.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c583bde5a0ace50c can not be found. If the component name is fully qualified, this error may occur because the pipeline component can not be found in the assembly.

What I have done:

1. Open a new project and develped the pipeline component.
2. Build the Project
3. gacutil -i "X:\ASSEMBLIES\ClassLibrary.ReceivePipelines.dll"
4. Copy the same dll into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010\Pipeline Components"
5. Create a new BizTalk Pipeline Project
6. Add the new pipeline component into the Toolbar by using the "Choose Items.." and use the tab "BizTalk Pipeline Componets" 7. Drag and Drop the new developed Component ("RemovePipes") into the Dissasemble Stage 8. Set "Copy to Local" to "true" in the referenced properties to that component 9. Build the Pipeine Project 10. Add the dll in the references in the BizTalk Admin Console 11. Restart all appropriate HostInstances 12. Test 13. Error as shown in red color above - I also made a restart of the comlete server. GAC browser showed me that the dll is in the gac (correct version and PublicKey). - Pipeline Component is strong named) What can I do now?
