VB 6.0 - Word macro to search a string in excel from win word

Please provide me the below code.

1) I have some data in excel C:\Excel\AA.xls.
2) I want to search a word "Currents assets" in the above excel from "win word"
3) If the word current assets found in the excel then I need to copy the the content from apposit cell in excel.

Note: Macro need to search in sheet 1 if not found then go to next sheet.
