hi,

 i need calculate up time of one system in %.like

 if monthly system down time is 2.5 hrs and monthly working days 21 and working hrs 8 hrs per daya.

Hello Usha,
Surely you don't mean (21*8 - 2.5)/(21*8)*100 or maybe 100-2.5*100/21/8 ??
If not, maybe some more details and example data would be in order.
