Microsoft Excel - I had a Excel Tracker that I converted to a CSV(Comma Delimited) (*.csv). Need to reverse?

I had a Excel Tracker that I converted to a CSV(Comma Delimited) (*.csv). I accidentally deleted the original Excel tracker that was an Excel Workbook (*xlsx) is there a way to convert the CSV back to the xlsx in its original form????

Hi Kevin,
I am pretty sure that all you would be able to do would be to get your data back into a plain vanilla excel spreadsheet. However, have you checked the recycle bin?
