VB 6.0 - How can I get the Explorer Sound as the Parameter for a SAPI app (speech to text). Thanks!

Im new in SAPI, and developing an application wich takes the voice and converts it to text,
the voice comes from an Internet Explorer application (internal application from the company I work for), I am programming in Visual Basic for Applications, and need help to get that sound and put into the SAPI object as the Parameter to convert to text.

Any help I would appreciate so much!
