WCF/WF - How do you unit test basic authorization of a WCF service?

I read through the article on using Mock to unit test WCF services https://www.nullskull.com/a/1501/mocking-wcf-services-using-moq.aspx

I was handed a web service project that uses a HttpModule to do basic authorization and https authentication.  The project is developed in .NET 4.5 with IIS 6 and 7 support.  The test/production server will be IIS 6 and my localhost is IIS 7.

Is there a way to build unit tests to verify authentication and authorization?
