email with attachments like report or form without a security prompting from access. docmd. sendobject generates a prompting. pl help.

You are not going to avoid those security prompts when opening this stuff from an email.  That is in place to slow down the spread of viruses.

It depends on what version of Access and Outlook you are using whether you can get rid of this easily or not.  In O2013, open Outlook and pull up the Options dialog from the File menu.  Choose Trust Center and then Programmatic Access.  Choose the option that best suits you.  I'm pretty sure this also works with O2010.  Earlier versions may be controlled only by Exchange if you are using an Exchange server.  For those, you would need an admin to give you an email account with expanded privileges.  I seem to remember a tool called "ClickYes" or something similar that was used in A2003 and earlier.  All it did was click the message to make it go away.  It didn't stop it.  I never used it so I don't know any details.
