JavaScript - Function not working inside another javascript function in Firefox and working in IE.

Hi,

I have a problem in my code.
Iam trying to call a function with in another function.But when i debug my code and found that
my debug pointer is going to that function but it is not firing that function in Mozilla and it is firing in IE.Please help me in
this issue iam trying it from 2hours.

Example:
function LoadMenus()
{
    var a=menus;
    LoadPanels(url,formname)//This function is not loading in mozilla and it is loading in IE.Please help me.
}
function  LoadPanels(url,formname)
{
  //code
}
