BizTalk - how to configure the TCP/IP adapter for receive location in BIztalk server 2010 ?

I am developing sample application using TCP/IP adapter in BizTalk server 2010 but I don't know how to configure the TCP/IP adapter for Receive location in BizTalk server 2010.

Please any one help me.
