Visual Studio .NET - visual studio 2010 problem

i got a problem using visual studio 2010.when ever i open visual studio 2010(beore it is 2008 after that i installed 2010), and had coded lines ,inserted textboxes, after some time it shows "error creating control. error hresult e_fail has been returned from a call to a com component"   on controls on design page. (while running on browser no problem)
 why is this happens all time. what is the remedial actions i want to do for this?. anything missing or cache problems or webconfig
 problems?(it got happend removing vs2008 and after installed  2010 and converted 2008  done projects to 2010)
please anyone know answer ?
