ASP.NET - Local machine runs from strange directory

When I run my web site in debug from the local machine it doesn't know to run from C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MyWebApp

Instead it seems to be tied to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DevServer\10.0

Can anyone tell me how to get it to run from C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MyWebApp ?

Visual Studio is set to run under the default web server.  It looks like you are expecting it to run under IIS.  Do you have an IIS web site configured that uses your MyWebApp folder?  If so, then adjust the properties of your ASP.NET application to use IIS instead.
