Microsoft Word - How to fix when address block is printing in wrong place

When I have a letter finished and click for an envelope, the address block is automatically put into the return address space instead of the delivery address.

I can't seem to find where that mapping is located. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer drivers. All to no avail.

Do I just need to uninstall Word and reinstall?

This even happens when a different user logos on. So my assumption is that it is at the printer level. That is why I reinstalled the printer driver. That didn't work either.
