ASP.NET - Is possible to filter the excel file records before loading the file with gembox?

Excel sheet contains columns like-- id,year,Name.. etc

This files contains 2012 ,2013 and 2014 years of data nearly 23000 rows.

before loading this file with gem box, I want to filter only 2014 year data.
