Microsoft Word - delete rows with no data in mailmerge

I need to do mailmerge but for some reason word will not remove rows where there is no result for them. I tried vba code I found on the network but it doesnt do anything. If statement would take a long time to do for every single item in my table.
Unfortunately I'm only able to upload the zip file or an image after i get reply to the post, its not my first post and i never seem to be able to upload the file in a first place :( could someone reply so I can upload the file please?
