C# .NET - How to develop an UI for editing xslt file

Is there anyway to develop an UI for editing the XSLT files? I am very new to this technology could anyone provide a solution to it.

That said, XSLT is a pain. It is limited in its capabilities for rendering xml documents in some sort of powerful UI.
