Microsoft Excel - Need help to convert Text into Numbers (eg. Ten - 10)

Hi Team,

I need to prepare certain reports in Excel. Some values are in text. I need to convert them to numbers.

For Example, I have certain values in text (Eg. Twenty Three, Ten, etc) and I need to convert them to 23, 10, etc.

I would like to know whether there is any function in excel which can convert text to numbers. I know there are macros to convert numbers to text. Is there any way that a reverse function can be done.
