Visual Studio .NET - Retreive Emails from a inbox

Dear Members,
                      Thank you for previous response, Previously, I have create a VB Application. This Application retreives all Emails from the inbox. I have to give only Email ID, Password and POP3 server name.
                      I have to Upgrade this application in VB.Net and on web. Can u suggest me some logic and Classes used in this.

                                            Thank you for your reply. Your link helped me. but I want to create a web page for retrieving mails from an inbox without outlook. Please give your suggestions on it.
