VB 6.0 - How to handle error 3021, EOF or BOF is true

I have created a VB/access application. I save the records and call them back. when i run the programme if first record is not present it gives me run time error 3021.
how should I handle this ?

Check 
If  NOT recordset.EOF and recordset.BOF 
Before actually looping through records

Try like this when you get data from record set.
