C# .NET - VPN using C#

Hi,
Does anybody give a start on how to build a VPN client using C#. It will have connect and disconnect functionalities with a choice between IPSec and PPTP protocols. Could anyone please give a start on which .dll/class to use?
Can I use the WinXP client itself?
